What is your payment process?
Once we agree on a price, we require a 40% deposit before beginning the job. This is to purchase the proper materials and equipment needed to perform the painting services. Once the job is completed, payment can be made by cash, e-transfer or cheque.
How can I schedule a painting project?
Thats an easy one! Send an email or give us a call and we’ll set up a time to check out the project.
Will you clean up after the job is finished?
Absolutely!! We’re clients as well, so when we have renos or services done at our home, we expect the home to be clean once they’re done. We know how it feels when a tradesman leaves the home a complete mess, we clean up all the time so after the interior painting job is done, you can expect it to be cleaned up.
Do I need to be home during the painting process?
Not really, we wont get in your way while you go about your day at home. Just one simple request though, please, no hovering over our shoulders micromanaging us.
What kind of paint do you use?
We use the best products for the best quality painting experience possible. We have accounts with Sherwin Williams, Dulux, and Benjamin Moore so if the client has a preference of a brand, we’ll use one of those three companies.
Is the paint safe for my family and pets?
Of course. Paints these days are nothing like how they were back in the 90s and earlier. Almost all of the non-industrial paints have low VOCs (low-Volatile Organic Compounds) so it’s now safe to be in same room while the painting work is going on.
Do I need to prepare my home before you arrive?
It’s not necessary but it is definitely preferred. Having rooms cleared out, or at the very least the furniture pushed into the centre of the room will save us so much time and will help make the painting project go smoothly.
